Due to system upgrades, the CJ Account Manager will be unavailable July 16 starting at 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time for approximately 2 to 3 hours.

Tracking and recording of transactions are fully functional when the site is unavailable. When the site returns your reports may be delayed for up to 24 hours. If there are any changes to this schedule we will post them to the site to keep you informed

With each upgrade, sales drop and don't seem to recover.

Every day, there is a long period without sales. These sales don't seem to come back.

Are you sure there isn't something seriously wrong at cj?

It's been noticed by so many people and nearly happens every single time. I have my guesses but that's all they really are. There's always someone that chimes in saying "sales are just fine" so it makes it harder to prove that there's a total lack of tracking.

I can guarantee you though that if make a post at any random time saying "where are todays sales" you'll always get a bunch of responces saying they must be on the same tracking server as you and you'll ususally get a couple to say they are getting sales. The fact is there are always affiliate making money and there are always affiliates not making money.

This place is plenty big enough to get the responce you want no matter what you post.

WHYdo they always do these on a Friday evening????? Most times something does not go right and [probably] because of their limited staff on weekends, it takes hours or days for the CJ site to come back fully.

Todd, why not do these upgrades on Monday morning. I'm guessing the programers would make darn sure they had all the bugs worked out before they implemented it.

What the hell IS wrong with CJ that they must do this all the time? Another stretch of lost sales. Oh, are we looking forward to that or what?

Gads! How do you who use mostly CJ merchants stand it?

Everyone mark this on your calendars!!! CJ did an upgrade and it appears to have gone off without a hitch.

Yeah, yeah, I've jinxed myself for saying this, but want to quickly give CJ credit before I discover something.
