Maybe I deleted it thinking it was spam, but was I the only one that didn't get the KB Toys announcement that they were moving to LinkShare? If it even was sent, it looks like it was sent about 5 days prior to the links being pulled. I didn't even KNOW it got pulled until I started seeing a load of invalid links in the CJ report.

Full vent can be seen in my blog

Anyway.......was anyone using them and what was your opinion on this move?

I know they sent out a notice as far back as a month or more before they switched and then at least one or 2 follow up reminders.

I did not follow them back to LS since they converted very poor for me and they still owe me $$ from the last time they were at LS.

I got the notice, and frankly, I don't remember adding them in at LS - yet they were there in the interface. Relationship ended.

"Burn me once, shame on you. Burn me twice, shame on me" And it looked like I was headed for three!

No idea how I missed that one.

Either way, I'm still working on pulling every single KB Toys link from my site. Amazon/Toys R Us always converted better anyway....let's just hope the problems between the two can be resolved so we don't get screwed from them too.

    *sigh*

Kara, you might want to read this article first:
Toys 'R' Us may become 'Aren't-Us'

Lovely. Makes me want to shut down my website if this trend continues. ToysRUs is one of my main merchants.....I mean I have quite a few others, but damn. I certaintly am not going to put KB Toys links back up.

    *major sigh*

It might cheer you up a little to look at Kimmy Shop on SAS. They have some really cute things.

Rhea is right, I vote for Kimmy Shop as well! The only "gifts shop" to convert for me - so far.

Hmmmmmm good to know! I see she does have some good items and a lot of what I offer on my site too.....just not all of them, so if ToysRUs goes out I'm still in trouble.

Even still I think I might check into signing up to that program. They do have direct product link codes right?
