    Nothing setting a cookie without an actual shopper's concenting physical click is appropriate. That goes from PPCSE clicks to the damn BHO members (yep the ones who know they have a rebate account). Supposedly this is the networks throwing down the gauntlet on those earning commissions without any pre-sell value added effort on their part to qualify for a referral commission. Question is can and will they enforce it!!

    LOL Mike. But I'd like to hear CJ's official response to this.

    Also is what is said regarding forced clicks in the revised COC specific only to software technology affiliates? It seems from many posts it is being generalized out to all affiliates. Isn't the COC specific only to those affiliates utilizing software technology? Additionally, it appears to me that the issue regarding forced clicks is already addressed via the PSA and has been.

    Todd could you clarify and let me know if I'm interpreting things correctly or not? Thanks.
