Congrats, Packy. Hope it continues for you.

For me, almost everyday is a good day at CJ anymore. Sure helps now that they have figured out how to do an upgrade in record time.

From the merchant point of view, we've seen things get better and better in terms of CJ sales. Let's hope the trend continues...

I posted after the last update the usual thing happened - sales from merchants who never converted before.

But this time it hasn't stopped!

Besides my usual gang of producing merchants, every time I log-in to CJ, there's more "Oh yeah, I vaguely remember joining their program" sales.

Way Cool. Hope it goes on a long time.

Either the xmas season is starting early, or those new coded links are showing good results.

I just came here hoping there was a post saying sales are delayed today and found this thread near the top. Bummer, lol. My good CJ act which has been rocking hasn't had a sale since around 10:30 am CJ time. A couple of sales in my so so CJ act but they are the same amts at the same time. Is there a problem today???? Who the hell started this thread anyways?

I'm glad to hear everyone's having such a great sales week through CJ. And here I thought it was something exceptional that I had done!

Oh well... great sales are great sales, after all.

I echo your sentiments - let's hope the trend continues!

Just keep in mind folks - it's a holiday weekend for us Canadians (Thanksgiving) and folks in Canada are spending time eating turkey with relatives this weekend.

For our American friends, it's Columbus Day Monday the 11th (except in Nevada, right Billy Kay?) so not sure what that means for American online shoppers just yet but it's possible a lot of folks may have gone away for the weekend.

On the up side it's possible they're all enjoying lazing around the house and shopping online to pass the time! One can only hope...

May as well be a holiday! My 10-year old asked at least 20 times today if he can take tomorrow off!!!

Gets worse. We also don't have normal school schedules - we have Tracks.

Next Friday he has a half-day, then doesn't go back to school until November 29!!

I can't take off my entire busiest month!

I knocked on my babysitter's door and said I need to pencil you in for babysitting. She said sure! What day.

I whipped out my calender and circled... NOVEMBER!! (True story!)

Anyway, my Cj sales (and other networks) are all above average. Two of my sites recently went to PR6 and 1 to PR7, plus the xmas shopping season started early.

PLUS, (and it doesn't make sense), my wedding, groomsmen, bridesmaid stuff is flying - and that kind of stuff people buy by the dozen - need stuff for ALL the groomsmen, etc. Didn't know October was a big wedding month. (When I turned on the computer this morning, there was a sale for 150 sets of personalized playing cards - with a date - which usually means it's wedding related - at $19.99 per deck!)

I was going to post what Liz said!

Yesterday was the worst day I've had in months, not only on CJ but also with indies. Fortunately today turned quite rosy! I think from this point forward sales will be very nice for us all.

Nothing much, unless something has suddenly changed after years and years!

That "holiday" is basically an excuse for the mail people and bank tellers to take a day off, and for history teachers to bore their classes with Columbus info.

Just wondering though... in the past how has online retail fared on Columbus Day? Has it seen an upsurge in online shopping since people are home and the malls closed? Or has it seen a downslide in online shopping perhaps since people often go away on long weekends and are away from the computer visiting friends/family or whatnot?

Any input on that folks? I guess today will tell what this year is like but how's it been in the past?

Actually traffic is up lol. It's just CJ/Befree that is down. The other networks are doing well Sadly if this continues SaS could beat CJ

Now, now... yesterday was a slow day but the week prior right up until yesterday was phenomenal through CJ (for us).

I'm not running to SaS just yet.
