    What is a good program to use to design banners and a logo? Photoshop? Paintshop?

    for most Paintshop is more program then is ever needed... and it's inexpensive... less then $100

    Unless you think your a Picaso wannabee PaintShop Pro is simple to use and cranks out more quaility work then a herd of idiots trying to use Photoshop.
