Folks...any idea if CJ offers premade forms that I can use on my insurance website.
I am hoping if I can use the forms the website feels more realistic than just transfering the website users to merchant sites.
Any body done this before?? any ideas?

    Thank you

If you have forms for personal information on your site there will be a definite privacy issue there. That's why companies offer links to their forms.
