    I am just not getting this - I know it is probably the most simple basic thing, and if I can get past this, I hope the light will go on for me and I will be ok.

    I am following one of the examples and trying to incorporate a data feed to produce a simple detail page - but the detail generated page just turns out with the text:
    [WM-Record] [WM-Field: Artist] [WM-Field: Title] [WM-ImagePath: ImageURL]
    [/WM-Record] not the actual information from the database.

    Th index page is taking all the right info - how come the detail page is showing text?
    This is my htmlcode inserted for the detail template page
    <table border="0" width="400">
    [WM-Record]
    <tr>
    <td>[WM-Field: Artist]</td>
    <td>[WM-Field: Title]</td>
    <td>[WM-ImagePath: ImageURL]</td>

    </tr>
    [/WM-Record]
    </table>

    <sigh>

    I used to use an older version of front page
    If you use FP have you tried enclosing it in the webbot tags
    I never knew why but it used to goof up some tags on me for no apparent reason.

    The note at the bottom of the WM Help info about WM-Record says that the WM-Record tag is only active in your Index templates, not in Detail templates.

    Doh! Thank you, - that was it. I knew it was going to be something basic - that has fixed it, I am now off to work with it a bit more.

    Sometimes obvious simple things like this get overlooked. I hae only been putting a new data site site together all day, never even noticed that.

    Web bot components were a part of FP that made links actually track since FP would add amp; after each occurance of & therefore causing links to be untrackable
