    Hello,

Can I use the primary website I signed up with CJ and use the links for this site on all my other sites?

Will CJ be able to track my sales and commissions correctly if I do that?

I have many sites and it's not feasible to add all of them to CJ.

    Please advise.

    Yes,

I've been using my primary link on multiple sites, not a prioblem yet. My reason for doing this is sheer laziness(the datafeeds come with the primary site's code), it is recommended that you use a different link on every new website. helps a lot in keeping track of which sale came from where, especially good in the days of the sandbox if you are dependent on a lot of google traffic.

I did this when I was just starting out and it was a pain in the backside to try and work out what was going on.

It's better to register each site separately so that you know where the money's coming from.

Yes, definitely! It's a lot more convenient than hand-checking Google for finding out what's where. I've got all my sites registered, and I can tell at a glance approximately where everything ranks just by how it's performing!

Also, knowing the CR on each site gives the biggest clue as to which pitches/layouts convert the best. How can you tell what needs changing without having the info broken out by site?

I think it'll accept over 100 sites... just "chin up" for the tedious j*b; you only have to do it once.

It's true about the feed having the primary code. If you forget to change it, the main site'll suddenly seem to start selling things that don't even appear on it. When I forget to change the PID, sometimes it takes ages for me to determine just where the sales are really coming from! I don't like it when that happens--I like to know just which site is doing what.

I have emailed CJ but received no reply.

Is it confirmed that our commissions will be tracked if we use the primary link for all sites?

They seem to track normally for me when I do that.

Doesn't CJ have the option of tracking with a subid for different sites? That should solve the problem.
