    What format is your datafeed?
    What program did you use to export the data (Excel, Access, etc)?

    If you received a feed with a .txt or .csv extension, then try using the preset MS Excel TXT tab delimited or MS Excel CSV comma delimited. Once you set the preset and identify the source file you should see the data on screen.

    Also, try clicking "first line of file contains field names" to view the fields

    The datafeed is in .csv format.

    Not sure what program was used to export it... I didn't make the feed.

    I'll try what you said.
