Is it possible to have WebMerge split the files up in to more than one directory? For example if you have 10,000 files, can you have it make directory1 have the first 500 files, then directory2 have the next 500 files and so on? On Macintosh OSX for example, having thousands of files in the same directory is slow as a slug when you open the directory, and then you have to worry about Fetch losing the connection while you try to upload the files. Less files per directory would make it easior.
