Brand new to this.Using Eastwood feed. Went through basic feed cleanup, trying webmerge.
Continually get message can't open export fileno matter what I try. Works well with example files.

I am not a novice computer users, but I sure feel like one

Any idea?

When this happens to me it is because I have exported a datafeed from Excel to a tab-delimited text file and then tried to run WM immediately. WM will not let you access a datafeed if it is still open within Excel.

The solution is to save the datafeed first as an exported feed, save it again as an Excel file, then run WM. (At least that was the solution in my case.)

Yes just had that happen today. I had to close the database file. Then open it in Webmerge.

Actually, that's the OS that won't allow it. Only one app is given permission to access a file at a time.
