    Todd:

Can you point me in the right direction?

I've been getting a message upon logging in that says my e-mail address is bouncing stuff from CJ. It's the same e-mail addy I use in business every day, so it's working; and I've checked our SPAM filters and nothing is getting caught there.

So here's where it gets fun ... I submit a question to AAQ (for some reason, all the advertiser categories are all grayed out and I can't click through on them) and immediately get an e-mail in my inbox from the "no-response@cj.com" address.

Can you give me some insight and/or guidance here?

    Thanks in advance!

Soundslike a virus to me - they must have cloned your addy to the AAQ

    Karl,

I had the same thing happen to me with logging in and getting the message my email addy was invalid and I needed to give a new addy. Something I didn't want to do since everything CJ related is tied to the addy they had and was indeed functional. I went into my profile area, didn't change anything and clicked update. That seemed to clear it right up for me. At least the message went away and I've gotten emails from CJ since.

well, that solved the message problem on my log in ... but I'm still getting grayed-out, non-operative links on the Get Advertisers page ...

Sorry Karl, I only meant it for the email issue. Not sure what is going with the links for you. Hopefully AAQ will give you a response.

    Karl,

First LS didn't want you... now CJ... hmmm

Gotta admit - what we originally thought was an easy gig (make links/make money) in actuality adds another "frustration grey hair" every day!!

On the bright side, it would be impossible (improbable?) for CJ to take as long as LS did

Keeping my fingers crossed for you....

Check your preferences for country on the right hand side of the "get links" page. If you do not have "all countries" or United States selected, you will have fewer (or no) choices under categories. I think you can also set your preferences under "advanced search" or under the "account tab".

FYI - I am on vacation and cannot read or post often.

Just got a response from AAQ to that effect. Right on. I'm back in business. Thanks to you & your crew.

Billy Kay: Interesting comparison. Simple issue took Linkshare 2 weeks to fix. Simple issue took CJ less than 1 day. As Hunter Thompson often wrote, "the thing speaks for itself."
