Does anybody know if shareasale kills cookies after the first purchase. I don't believe they do, but I wanted some clarification.

From my experience, cookies remain in place after a transaction.

Ditto, I have seen multiple leads on the same cookie.

    Mega Dittos to that.

Merchants need to be carefull not to allow stray access to their tracking pages because of this. ie use non bookmarkable pages.

Also, it's a good idea for you to have a value specific to the transaction as the Tracking Number. You can use it track the sale/lead and catch any duplicate transactions (or dishonest affiliates).

This last post by Joey is the best way to avoid any duplicate, or fraudulent use of the cookies, and confirmation pages/code.
