We give merchants a number of different choices for voiding...i.e., bad credit card, returned, fraud, etc.... other just means that whatever the reason, didn't fit into one of those categories. If you have concerns about the specific lead, please contact either myself, or the merchant....as they are really the only ones that know what the specific reason was.

Brian,

Regarding a status of VOIDED Fradulent Transaction Sale:
Who is supposed to have committed fraud? The visitor on my site, myself, or the merchant?

Karl,

It could be any of the above. If you have specific concerns about a transaction, I would suggest emailing the merchant, and copying me on the email as well. The VOID categories are a bit general... so it leaves open a little bit of confusion etc. in this regard. For example, if a merchant receives a lead with the email address of abc@abcdefg.com etc., they may consider this to best fit under the "Fraud" category, even though they aren't accusing you of anything specifically...

did this make sense, it is friday afterall.

Thanks Brian for the quick answer! I was on vacation so I didn't respond earlier.

I emailed the merchant and will let you know if I'm not happy with the answer

Brian,

I created a private topic regarding this transaction (I got no answer from the merchant).

So far no luck with my contact attempts either.... but no worries, ill keep trying...

The merchant in question by the way has a strong reputation with me, and a good record on shareasale in terms of commissions/payments/fairness/all those things... just an f.y.i.

Thanks,
