    Hello All,

Has anyone NOT had a sale for RacerWheel reversed? We just had a $2500 sale from November reversed, and all other sales have been reversed as well (not that they ever converted well, current EPC is below $2.00)

    Just curious...

    2,210 clicks, 4 sales (3 reversed) $0.43 EPC
Reason: Cant Ship/Sold Out(all of them)

I will be replacing them with other automotive merchants as soon as I can

The automotive parts market is very automated and passes out database/datafeed price/e-catalog info like it was candy at Holloween. Any parts counter guy, or even one who changes oil in a gas station, can avail themselves of speciality auto parts feeds and become a DUPER merchant on a network. Stick with JCW -Eastwood -Andy's program as their is an honest merchant/AM at the helm. Andy's site is an example of a simple template extension of a distributors.

Good to see I'm not the only one with 50%+ reversals with racerwheel.

Javi: I seem to make a few small commission sales. The higher commission sales almost always reverse for out-of-stock.

I had my first sale ($8,000) reversed as "out of stock." I've just made two sales and they've extended one of them. If I don't get paid I'll drop them real quick. I had a phone conversation with them on the reversal and they were real unfriendly and arrogant. I complained to CJ who sided with Racerwheel.

Yeah, methinks they are actually a very small shop with NOTHING in stock, and they weren't quite ready to run an affiliate program, and the business it would bring.

    Much success,

I've just had my two ... no make that three most recent sales reversed. I'm only promoting their rims. I know for a fact that product was delivered (I emailed one of my customers) and the scum at racerwheel tell me the reversals were for out of stock. All they're doing is screwing their affiliates. I'm redirecting all their links to another high quality and ehtical merchant who doesn't pull this crap.
They won't respond to email and when I phoned them they basically told me to get lost.
CJ won't do anything about them so now I'm wondering about CJ's standards or if they even care about the affiliates.

For that amount of money and you have proof, its time to call the your friendly district attorney and file some fraud charges!

This tells me what I'm doing tonight. I need to revamp that site anyways.

I had 2 rims sold this week. one for $1500 and another one for $500. If they get reversed I'm gonna be one mad affiliate

Anyone know of another merchant selling rims??? I hate getting rid of high ranking pages.

I'm doing my end-of-month revenue tally tonight. Should I count the $63 I earned from racerwheel?

Geezzzz with all the problems at CJ it's a wonder why anyone does business with them. IMO I have not seen any other network with their degree of low-life activity.

I've just redirected all my racer wheel links to my other merchant. I'm keeping the pages live because of the ranking I've worked so hard to get and maintain. I've been looking at other merchants in different programs and I'm just amazed at how unresponsive and uncaring some are. Makes me wonder how they ever got into business let alone if they're really making it. On the other hand...the good ones are really good. Racerwheel and their ilk will get their just rewards like all fools do

'bout 2 months ago I got one of those "Please check your merchant status report"

Racerwheel was temporarilly removed from CJ- and I immediately removed their links.

My gut feeling is if there is ANY kind of problem, to remove the merchant.

Bout a week later I checked CJ mail and found a message from Racerwheel saying it was all a big misunderstanding, and CJ never really removed them.

Still, I never re-added them and well, I'm glad I went with my gut!!

There's a LOT of automotive merchants - stick with the ones without problems!!

I had more than $10,000 is sales all reversed more than a month after they were processed by these creeps. All as out of stock.
Some goof-ball named Alex treated me like dirt on the phone and hung up on me when I called to enquire about the reversals.
I complained to CJ about the reversals who took the merchant's side.
I can't believe that CJ allows them to still be a merchant.
I haven't come across anyone who has been treated honestly by these people.

We should have a thing like the merchants cookie duration, after such days of transaction the commission can't be reverse anymore!
