My partner has a few pressing questions and has tried to reach you by phone and email today. He got a "mailbox is full" response from your answering service at 1:15pm pacific time and again now at 2:30pm. We're hoping for a timely response. Please advise.

I have had a similar problem. Sent e-mail with questions and then followed up with a phone call on Friday, Feb 7 th, left a message- No response. I have questions prior to applying as a merchant.
