I will need to set up an account for a client that I will be in charge of, however, I don't want it set up under my information. I want theirs instead, with me just administering it.
So, either I get a credit card from them or what? Never did this before with you.

All the account management info can be changed as can the credit card on each payment so it doesn't really matter either way.
