    Electropulse,

We're aware of the problem and are working on a solution. It's not a question of our certificate, but a question of Thawte not seeing http://www.urbanscooters.com and http://urbanscooters.com as one and the same.

We've purchased a certificate for http://urbanscooters.com. Check out that link and you'll see the vaild certificate. For some reason Thawte doesn't recognize http://www.urbanscooters.com as the same, valid URL. Maybe they want us to pay twice. We're looking into it.

I'm going to talk to my partner about putting up a static symbol until we get it resolved.

Thanks for keeping an eye on the program!

A better solution would be to ensure that the www. subdomain redirects to http://urbanscooters.com . You can do it in htaccess - it's a one minute job.

    Thanks Markymark!

As I've said 1,000 times before... Frank ain't the technical guy. This could be an easy fix... I dunno. I'm the go to guy for sales / marketing / bus dev / customer service, so on and so forth. Hey, I wrote a little HTML years ago when I was selling beanie babies for my niece on eBay, otherwise I leave that end of the business to my partner.

We'll get it taken care shortly... one way or the other.

    Thanks,

    Frank

    Joseph,

Who... what... where... show me the post. Did I miss a post?

My eyes are glued to the site and I don't recall seeing this particular problem until late last week after we made some changes to the site and started displaying the Thawte symbol dynamically.

Never fear... we've got the problem tagged, flagged and at the top of the list.

Problem solved. We've got the static Thwate symbol online for now.

We're having several problems with the dynamically generated symbol. We'll have to sort those problems out before we put it back online.

    Thanks,

    Frank

Sorry, not this specifically, just about the different subdomains -www.urbanscooters.com verses urbanscooters.com ... seems like this is just related to that ..
