    Keep in mind that they are a new merchant as well....for this one reason...

    It has happened in the past, several times, where new merchants don't understand that if they go and visit one of their new affiliate's sites...and then say, click on a link to see if it works

    ....and then - as they often do, place orders on their own sites...a commission is awarded obviously, even though it really shouldn't be.

    I am not saying this is the case with this issue, and you are entitled to a reveral explanation from them....but just keep it in mind as a possibiilty - it happens very frequently with Newbie merchants...
