    I have e-mailed sharesale@sharesale.com 3 times in response to changing my account from a limited status to having full access. All e-mails have gone unanswered. Could you please review my account (3352) and let me know I believe that I do quealify now for full access.

    Thank you

    No haven't creased the $50 dollar level. But after $20 of accrued funds they say that you can move out of the limited level into full access. Right know I have $25 and change.

    I thought that I would move up to full once I had generated the required amount. However, it does state that you have to reach the limit and get paid. So you actually have to reach the $50 required for payment before you are upgraded to full. Very misleading and confusing, but that is what happened to me.

    If you pick a few good merchants, it is pretty easy to reach $50 though

    Hi wildtrk,

    I'm keeping an eye on this forum while Brian is out of the office.

    cjshoppingnetwork is correct, your status will be changed when you are sent your first check.

    Thanks for the reply CJ and Michael. And I am finding that the issue is very misleading. The following is taken from sharesale.com when I try to apply for a program requiring full access.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~PASTE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    You do not have enough membership permission to join this program. All new affiliates begin with a status of "Limited", and your current membership level is "Limited". This means that you are not authorized to apply for pay-per-click programs.
    You are authorized to apply for any pay-per-lead or pay-per-sale programs. To change your status to Full, you will need to generate at least one (1) pay-per-sale transaction from any merchant, or $20.00 worth of valid pay-per-lead transactions. At that time, you will be approved for Full access to any program.
    If you feel your status should be changed to full, which means that you have satisfied the above criteria, please send us an email about this matter. shareasale@shareasale.com
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~END PASTE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    I have read this through a few times and do not see where it says that I need to meet the $50 criteria and get my first check.

    I have also read throught the Affiliate Terms and Conditions, here is the statement concerning full and limited membership.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~PASTE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    At Shareasale.com, there are two levels of membership: Full and Limited. All affiliates begin at the Limited level, and can participate only in pay-per-lead and pay-per-sale programs. In order to gain Full membership level, an affiliate must generate at least one valid pay-per-sale transaction, or generate $20.00 USD in valid lead transactions. You must also be participating as a top-level domain name, i.e., no generic free website services allowed. Only Full members can participate in pay-per-click programs.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~END PASTE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Sorry if I seem to be obstinate on this subject but could somebody show me otherwise?

    Thanks Jim

    Jim (Wildtrk),

    Firstly ... Hi and Welcome to ABW!

    Secondly, Brian changed the payment threshold to $50 to ensure merchants quality affiliates were in their program and not scammers. As both a Merchant and Affiliate at SaS, I can say that I feel much more secure with such implementations.

    Thirdly, Brian has to update the Affiliate TaC.

    Fourthly ... keep at it ... you'll hit that $50 and more sales faster than you can blink, just remember to target merchants adverts to your visitor demographic.
