    I can almost log in, but one of your servers is down -- log file(s) have built up to choke it off. here is the error message:

    =====================
    ODBC Error Code = 37000 (Syntax error or access violation)

    [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The log file for database 'shareasale5' is full. Back up the transaction log for the database to free up some log space.

    SQL = "UPDATE users SET login_time={ts '2003-05-28 23:19:43'}, last_login='2002-11-26 10:18:25' WHERE userID=6522"

    Data Source = "SHAREASALE2"

    The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of (CFQUERY), occupying document position (68:1) to (68:34) in the template file C:\INETPUB\WWWROOT\SHAREASALE\A-LOGIN.CFM.

    Hi,

    Looks like a problem similar to the one they had about two or three months ago.

    Ditto. Log-in is not the only problem. Clicking on merchant links gets the same type error screen.

    It looks like it's back up and stats seem to be updating, too.

    SAS is up but functioning very, very slowly.

    Data does not appear to be updated since yesterday.

    I am on cable modem and pages seem to take forever to load.

    that's what happens when they use Micro$oft garbage software.

    you should see all the error hits in my logs when hackers come looking for Micro$oft exploits.

    As part of last months downtime issue, we were in the process of migrating to a bigger/better situation ...

    This issue, which began around 11 this morning central time or so... put us in the middle of two problems as we were right in the middle of an important migration task..... 1. migration, 2. fix existing

    I made the decision to move on the migration path because i think it makes the most sense in general to move forward instead of back. However, it does mean that no service will be available overnight, and we are hopefull that the complete migration can be completed mid-day tomorrow.

    sorry for the short hand and quick comments, but i wanted to give an update even if it isn't really very good news.

    Will this be another multiple day loss like last time?

    Do you suggest we pull all the links, or let visitors think we're totally incompetent for days on end?

    *sad*

    Is any tracking going on, to be updated later, or do I need to contact my customers and track the sales back to check for aff sales?

    So, if google sees this will it think all our sites are dead in the water and cause us to loose all our rankings?

    Hopefully the migration is to Linux/Apache/MySQL.

    Scream if you need assistance.

    And hopefully lotteryshop.com will start to convert when the migration is complete.

    Merchant links still seem to dead-end. Log-in and features seem to be sometimes accessible, but doesn't look like the links are getting through to the merchant sites yet.
