    SInce april 3, I have been sending Shareasale emails concerning the whereabouts of my March 20 check. I have sent emails to both shareasale@shareasale.com and brian@shareasale.com. When the downtime occurred, I cut them some slack. In all I have sent six emails without a single peep. I have included all of my account information. It disgusts me greatly that I have to resort to an open forum in the hopes of at least getting an acknnowlegement.

    Brian, if you see this, please reply.

    I do have your emails....I am just a million piles behind on things....I apologize for responses being slow, but I do need to catch up.

    On the good side, transactions tracked during the downtime have now been added to the system...

    I never received the reply you said you sent. I sure would like to find out what happened to my $249 that was sent out on March 20. I feel I've been extremely patient. Cancel the @#*#@@% thing and charge it to me. Something is better than nothing.

    I emailed again, and it bounced again - tried sending it to the other address - hope it works this time....you might want to check your mail server setup - the response i am getting indicates that it may not be setup correct, although i am no expert in mail server lingo.

    As a general rule on lost checks - this does happen occassionally, and 9 times out of 10, the check eventually shows up after a vacation with the postal service. If an affiliate requests, we can cancel and resend, but there is a charge of $35 for the stop payment on the check. Thus, it is normally in the interest of the affiliate to wait it out, but the option is there. Obviously, if we get the check back due to a bad address, etc..we can resend without a fee - this happens every once in a while as well.

    Thank you, I received check today. My only question is, it's dated 11/22/02 and states is only good for 90 days. Will I have a problem cashing this at my bank?
