First thank you for all the feedback I got, I met the the Owner of Irish Photo Shop today to go over changes to the site and we will initially be implmeneting 7 changes that are key and fast to do. We'll then judge the impact before implementing items that require more work and investment.
Changes should be up and done within this Month

Can you explain further....
Will we need to modify our Irish Photo Shop sites/links, etc.?

No nothing will need to be changed at your end, all changes are in presentation, wording and navigation of the site.

the Irishphotoshop site is not intuitive.
If you land on a photograph via an affiliate link, and want to order, there is a prominent 'Order Photo Prints' link on the left.
Clicking on this takes you back to a search page.
The way to order is via the less prominent 'Create Personal Print' link on the right.
That is misleading.
I would assume that meant something like 'upload your own picture and we will create a print of it for you...' type thing.
In any case, I probably would have given up by this point...

I can have that vanish once a person is off the home page if you think that would help?

Thanks for the response, Chris.
Well, they still need some way to get back to the search option when they are in the 'Product Detail' window, so it probably isn't a good idea to remove it.
Maybe 'create personal print' isn't the most obvious way of saying 'click here to order this print'.
Now I look at it it doesn't seem so bad. It's just that I looked over the shoulder of a friend who clicked one of my links, then landed in the product detail page, then instinctively clicked on 'Order Photo Prints' and was baffled at being taken back to the search window.
What do other people think about this?
