    Hi there,

    I would like to find out more on the status of my merchant account with you - username: infrenion

    We've signed up with an advertiser account with you more than a week ago and although the intergration with our modernbill system hasn't been well and we have had support from Brian, we have not heard from anyone at Shareasale for more than 5 days now even after multiple email requests.

    We really hope that we can get this account setup as soon as possible and allow our system to go 'live' soon.

    I am getting to your emails... we do take the weekends off for any non-urgent matters.

    The last test I had showed no shareasale.com code at all on your pages... did you replace, edit, do anything to those pages that would make the next test different...?

    Yes I did replace the files and have made modifications to the script as soon as I received your last email. (around 5 days ago)

    Following that, I emailed you to update you on the status and had been waiting to hear from you.
