I'm a new member of SAS and have signed up for and been approved for couple programs that I want to run. However none of the links work. I get an error message that in effect means the merchant is no longer participating in the program.

Can anyone explain what I have missed or may be doing wrong?

    Thanks,

When your account is approved by Shareasale.com, the links will work...

All applications are currently processed... if your account was approved - you should have an email stating so.... and the links will begin working...

OK, I see. I guess I am now approved and the links work. The confusion came from the fact I was sent an email almost as soon as I signed up telling me to login, I applied to merchants and the status was showing I had been approved. However I now know I wasn't actually approved until I received a second email.

One question: Why would you do a whois query, find that prompco.com is registered to eComQuality Marketing, and then tell me this information is contrary to what is on the information you have about me, and/or my top level domains? I am registered in your system as "eComQuality Marketing" and have 36 TLD. Am I going to get quizzed about all other domains I register with SAS?

Anyway glad all is fine now.

    Thanks,

    Pro,

the whois/top level thing is automated - so it is bound to make mistakes - and is only used as a guide... basically - if you apply for top-level domain status you are telling us that you own that domain - and the whois is shown to you so that you can see what is in their database...

    Thanks,
