I would like to join to SAS as a merchant and I have 3 questions before i join:
    1. Is there any option to pay by paypal?
    2. I run a greeting cards website and I can only afford to pay about $0.01 per greeting card sent. In one hand its a very simple lead with high conversation rate. But only 1 cent per lead is much. Do you think that affiliates would use my program?
    3. is there any other marketing company would be fit my program better?

In all honesty, you are not going to have much success with your program until you can find a way to increase your marketing budget.

    Welcome to abw.....

Let me ask you, would you join a program that would pay you 1 cent per lead? In a vertical that is already dominated?

I wouldn't promote a merchant who only paid me 1 cent per lead if you could convert 100% of the visitors. 100 visitors = $1? No way.
If I could send you 1,000 visitors per day, and every single one converted, I would earn $10. It isn't worth the effort. Find a different market to promote and you will be able to afford more than 1 cent per lead.
