    If you are concerned about Norton blocking banners, etc... we have changed the structure of our links - although all current links that you have will continue to function normally ... if you wish to replace any with the new version we have available, they are a bit more "Norton Friendly" - and won't be banner blocked by that software.

    As stated - this is optional, old links will work fine... new links will work fine... your choice.

    You are welcome Brian. Your quick reaction speaks volumes about one of the many benefits of the SAS network! Thanks for jumping right on it for the good of your affiliates and merchants.

    sounds like the new links may work even finer

    was there a sudden drop-off of links being hit because of a change in the Norton bad-list?

    Thanks for doing this!

    I made a number of links today though, so I don't if they were made before or after you changed the link structure. How can I tell the difference between the old links and the new ones?

    What about ordinary product links and text links? Do we need to do anything with them?

    Mr.Merchant, if you do business in any way what-so-ever with parasites, your products will not be sold on my sites!!

    Yes, Norton was even removing SAS text links (although .. not always - weird) as well as images.

    The easiest way to change links is with a text replace, listed below is just the part that has changed if you look closely you will find,
    m-redirect.cfm is now r.cfm
    userID= is now u=
    bannerID= is now b=
    and
    merchantID= is now m=

    Old code:
    m-redirect.cfm?bannerID=11958&;userID=xxx&;merchantID=3643

    New code: r.cfm?b=11958&u=xxx&m=3643

    The beginning and end of the code hasn't changed at all, just the middle, also the number ids haven't changed.

    Hi Brian,
    This is bobby with inkjet2go.com.
    I noticed your ** code ** does not work.

    No affiliate transactions are going through on your system. I did email you recommendations on how it may be corrected.

    I would greatly appreciate it if the problem can be corrected.

    Thanks,
    Bobby

    Bobby,

    Support will email you on how to fix your problem... it is an individual one, not related to this threads topic.
