    Hello,

Is anyone else having trouble with the Vegas Experts affiliate program?

Am I the only one? I need HELP!! I committed a doorway page and have allot of money invested in the program. I can't afford to just give up.

I would like to know if anyone else is having the trouble. They don't seem to believe me.

LOL ...I committed a doorway page... hope your PPCSE accounts get drained with NO REVENUE showing up in your account. Go back to competing for the casino/sports betting quick buck markets via e-mail. Take the bookies out to lunch and grill them for betting tips. Bet they'll stick ya with the bill...

29 sales 0 commissions..It looks like it's paid on their end but it's not.

That's what their telling me. I am also getting voided transactions subtracted from my commission account. So far, I have paid them $26.00. That puts me at negative -$26.00.

I have not heard anything in two days!! I have allot of money in my account and I am very concerned that they will drain it little by little.

I need help and I am not getting any. At one point they believed they overpaid me and I had to plead with them that they didn't. I was told they would contact Shareasale, but I have not heard anything in two days.

    I am disappointed and concerned.

    Hi Again

Lets please stick to the full facts and the amount of emails I have being sending you.

    quote:
I have not heard anything in two days!! I have allot of money in my account and I am very concerned that they will drain it little by little.

I have replied to EVERY one of your emails as soon as I got them (except Saturday, didn't login that day) , the fact that of late email to your hotmail accounts has bounced on a random basis does not help. If you mean SAS have not replied then please say as much, your statement is missleading and inaccurate

    quote:
29 sales 0 commissions..It looks like it's paid on their end but it's not.

Of your January pick purchases, There were 19 if I recollect, 2 of which you know did convert and so I find it disturbing that you would post that you have none.

    quote:
So far, I have paid them $26.00. That puts me at negative -$26.00.

You have paid Vegas Experts nothing, We don't have any capacity to 'charge' anyone through SAS, neither does any other Merchant.

    quote:
I need help and I am not getting any. At one point they believed they overpaid me and I had to plead with them that they didn't.

Again more inaccurate info. I'll lay this out clearly again here.

Orders on Vegas Experts come through VOIDED, they are then checked at the end of the motnth for winning picks and then converted to wins. This is because Vegas Experts ONLY charge customers if their Pick info is correct, they do not benefit from customers losing, neither do you, SAS or WSO.

However due to an ongoing programming problem some orders come through UNVOIDED, I have to manually change these, hence it can beleived that the orders are all getting reversed, though as I clearly told you in many emails to you, these are then check at the end of the month (like all other picks) and converted to Payable if the picks win.

    quote:

I was told they would contact Shareasale, but I have not heard anything in two days.

It's Sunday, my last email to you was on Friday! That SAS have not replied is beyond my control. So yes you are correct we haven't contacted you for 2 days... sorry about that. Though I have now replied to 3 of your posts on the forum

    quote:
It looks like it's paid on their end but it's not.

We pay SAS , SAS pay you, we have paid SAS for your picks that won, maybe you need to contact SAS to sort out a reporting issue.

Oh, yes, and with all the negative posts why not also say that I credited you with $15 because I was concerned about the number of your orders that had come through unvoided and needed to be corrected? No, forgot about that did we?? Something I had no reason to give you at all, but felt I should give you due to the impact this programming issue was having on your reporting.

I am always super happy to help out all partners with their problems, even if they are not directly related to things that WSO can control.

    Cheers

    Chris

    Hi Webfinders

Just replied to the email you sent "Saturday, February 21, 2004, 7:01:26 PM" I CCed Brian on the reply. All I can think is that what you are seeing is effected by the way SAS reports... can anyone else shed any light on this and what webfinders is seeing on SAS versus what I am seeing?

    Thanks

    Chris

I am not tryng to cast aspersions here. I am just trying to get this problem to stop. I don't know wether it's your problem or SAS.

You have responded to my emails and so have they, but it hasn't stopped. I don't know who gets the money when a sale is cancelled but it's not me. I assumed the money went back to you. That's why I say "Vegas Experts" took $35.00. Maybe a poor choice of words. What about "My money is going into the Vegas Experts account?" Maybe it's not???

I don't want to fight and I don't care who is right or wrong. I just need this to stop. I am having money deducted from the commissions I earned from other merchants.

    Unfortunately, that's a fact.

Your money is NOT going into the Vegas account. As I have told you numerous times now.

We don't have any capacity to 'charge' anyone through SAS, neither does any other Merchant.

Right now all I can assume is that you are seeing (as explained) above, orders coming through unvoided and then getting voided till the monthly update.

    Cheers

    Chris

    Chris,

Is it possible that you are voiding transactions that you think are being paid when they are not?

What if you think there is still a glitch when there is not? What if your voiding transactions that shouldn't be voided.

I had two voided transactions today that resulted in -$7.50 being deducted from my earnings. Was this a duplicate void? I did not have any approved transactions voided. (I did in January)

This might also explain, why I lost my two picks from last month. They were paid but got canceled out by voided transactions that were voided twice.

We are $50 upside down. My guess is that you think you need to void these transactions when you don't.

I understand how this works Chris. Please assume that I am not a MORON.

No worries, it's in everyones interest to get this resolved

    quote:

All transactions have to be voided before we run the update. So everything posted in a month, which comes through as approved, has to be voided before we run the update, even if it will be unvoided during the update.

What we might be seeing here is a potential overlap between when Brian is paying out and when I correct an order.

For example : Say from Friday Night through Sunday you get 3 orders that for some reason don't come through correct, On Sunday BRian updates transactions and pays...but On Monday morning I set the 3 sales to void.

In this instance, you got paid, but then the orders got voided, so you end up with a negative account balance in SAS as you got paid for orders that should not have gone through, If this were the case, then it comes down to the VE programming fix that is needed...and I'm leaning towards this being the issue... we'll see what Brian digs up

    Cheers

    Chris

    FYI,

Last month I had a few transactions paid that got voided and deducted.

Today I had one paid that got voided. They cancelled each other out to 0. (as they should)

When I go into the negative is when I only get voids that don't cancel each other out.

This has only happened 4 or 5 times but it may have cancelled out my commissions and the $15.00 you gave me.

    Just trying to help!

Has anything changed? I had two sales voided for $7.50 each.. Total $15.00. I had another merchant pay $5.00 and seemed to net out at +$12.00.

It might have gone the other way, but I am not sure.

I thought you might want some feedback.

The voided sales are nothing out of the ordinary, as explained all sales on VE are voided till the end of month update when winning picks are changed to approved. Hopefully plenty of them

Still waiting for Brian on the other items

So far so good! Just so we are on the same page. Can you tell me where we stand today as far as what I have been paid and what I haven't?

Do my commissions reflect February sales? If not, when should it?

    I don't want to ASSUME...

    Thanks for all your help.

Goal!! Quit my day job by summer 2004.
