Hi, I'm new to and I have a couple of questions.

What does it mean when a merchant is listed as "Low Funds"? further, what does "Temporarily
Offline" mean? I see these messages when I'm in the "Activity Summary Center" ... some merchants are "online" others are "Low Funds" and also a "Temporarily Offline"

    Any help?

Low funds means they are close to a zero balance in their SAS account. If they run out of $$$ and you are promoting their program, and they don't put more cash in, you lose. Now, if you know the merchant, and think they are good for it, no worries.

"Temporarily Offline" means not tracking (I assume).

Online means live and ready for traffic.

If you're with a merchant that goes offline, email them about it; sometimes they don't realize it has happened.

Merchants need to be more responsible when it comes to their business. That is why my funds are automatically replenished. Share A Sale added a new feature for merchants:
When funds get low a new deposit is made automatically and therefore I should theoretically never be offline.

Forgot to mention that this auto-payment method is an option for merchants. I think it is a great option!
