    All,

It has come to my attention that www.samszone.com - Username "canucatchme" old username "Echo" has been once again spamming. This time instead of spamming all over the UrbanScooters.com forum, he has decided to do it via PMs. Please be aware that ABW does not appreciate such activity and his ABW account will be removed as well as an IP ban, but I'm sure he'll get in again, so I wanted to post this note so that you'll all know what type of merchant they are and the tactics they employ. So I say stay away from www.samszone.com!
    Continued Success,

    Haiko

My goal on this forum is to be as objective as possible, listen to affiliates, develop connections and foster relationships so I can have a successful affiliate program.

We are not kidding anyone...All merchants want to make money......

I however, want to do it the honest way with every sale on my site being awarded to affiliates.

After reading this thread, my objective opinion is that all of these people seem to be the same person. I know I make some grammatical errors from time to time, but these errors look consistent throughout each post.

I hope affiliates don't get scared off from affiliate programs like mine after seeing this thread.

    Just my opinion.

Richard, you're doing in the right way. The Sams Zone thread was just too obvious. I think they posted up there and were getting no response so they decided to create some by posting under a few different nicks, kept bumping it up to the top thread in that forum. The right way would be like you're doing, basically introduce yourself and the program, ask for input and what affiliates would like to see etc. I think you've been very helpful when somebody had a question, creative suggestions and so on.

I agree about the grammar in the other thread, it looks like English is not his first language (not that that's bad).

Best of luck to you Richard.

    HI,
This is a new thread, first does anyone know if music search links are working?I get 404 errors on each ad.Watch out for Atis Lewis, he wanted to exchage links, after I asked him to tell me a little about him, he sent ads with everything, then after I put the "super discount ads in" my sites, he disappeared, looked like another scam to me, thought I would share my dimes with you.

    Hi, Jim

You have to push a different button to get a new thread started. I wonder if a moderator can do it for you?

tactics or bad moves? They're listed here in Shareasale, which was a good move. Someone should advise them how to key affiliate IDs to the region of their 800# to make affiliates happy.

they certainly need training in communication.

it will also be a while before we can trust them because of the lack of respect they showed us by spamming in the forums and PMs.

I'm not going to do it, but someone in this group who lives near Walnut CA could see what is being said at the local BBB?

That might help us decide if they are worthy of our time.

Holy smokes... this is some pretty crazy stuff.

I didn't realize these folks were at it again. At first I felt violated, but now I wonder if I should feel somewhat responsible considering they're using our marketing strategies as a template for their own.

Herb... BBB, eh. Good idea, but you might also want to check BizRate.com?

Wow, that Bizrate page is interesting reading. Brian at Sharasale really should not have a merchant in the program that has such poor reviews.
It is bad for overall Internet experience when a merchant like that is allowed to stay in business

When I look for a good scooter I look for: Speed, power, monoverablity, and space. I found that all of those things where GREAT! The order came much quicker than promised and it was in perfect shape, no dents, etc.

If only they put as much effort into their product, customer service, and ethics as they did into their website! Nice looking site at first glance! This is a good lesson - don't sink a couple hundred bucks into anything without some checking merchant background just because the site looks good. I would love to hear what they tell their affiliates when its time to pay!

I've just read the bizrate page and noticed the only two good reviews were funily enough full of spelling mistakes and, English is my third language grammar mistakes Now I wonder which bright spark they got to write those?
