please remove yourself from their Affiliate Program.

Since I’ve never been their affiliate, I can’t “remove
    myself from their Affiliate Program”...

Having read their rating and reviews at Bizrate....
    http://www.bizrate.com/ratings_guide...id--76258.html
I wouldn’t do business with these people on a bet...

If they're part of your network...
Can you please make them cease and desist their
    email BS campaign...?
    I’d really appreciate it... thanks...

EDITED TO CORRECT AN IMPORTANT ERROR...
    ---------------------------------------

    Mr. Littleton...
I must apologize for an error and correct an important point in my post...
It seems that my son inadvertently did sign on with Delta Legends, not
knowing about the reputation of Samzone...
He handles the perl scripts for our data feeds and he is the only other
person with access to our ShareAsale information...

He applied for access because he found them on the “available data feed
list” and thought that we might use them in the future...
I assure you that this will not happen...
I will go to ShareAsale and remove them from our list right now...
Hopefully, this will solve the problem...

Had I known about this, I never would have posted to you...
but, unfortunately, I didn’t think to ask him in advance...
Once again I apologize for any inconvenience... and
I’ll try to be a little more diligent in the future...

Weird. I AM an affiliates of SamsZone (and a reasonably happy one so far, although the relationship is still new and you've got me worried now ), and I have NEVER received ny email from them.

What if you join and then leave their program?

    Webpartner,

They've been quite notorious for spamming - see http://abw.infopop.cc/eve/ubb.x?a=tp...89&m=191106155

I have posted a reply in the thread Haiko has spoken about awhile ago.

They give honest merchants bad names and I rarely criticize other merchants......but these guys have to go!

I still can't believe they have their Biz-Rate link on their site! What an embarrassment!

Oy! Well, I will be redoing my scooter site this week anyway... I guess I'll just try to move it up in the queue. Luckily, the planned reworking was aimed at making it handle many different scooter vendors, so it won't be too bad if Sams quietly disappears.

Be sure to forward the SamZone (or was it SpamZone?) messages to the Federal Trade Commission ucs@ftc.gov.

They are required by law to provide a valid method of removing your name from their email list.

They are required by law to provide a valid method of removing your name from their email list. After reading the thread about how some affiliates are owed up tp $65,000 and now some Linkshare merchants are also using parasites, how do we know this is happening in advance? About 2 years ago, LS had an online forum, one affilite was really furious,a merchant owed him over $80,000 the answer he got was the merchant is in Japan, declared bankruptcy, and he ,the affiliate should hire a lawayer, Lawyers handling cases in theis country cost a fortune, the affiliate ha spent a lot to promote this merchant, and was out in the cold,is there anyway to have an affiliatea association to share the merchants to stay away from, use the experienced members or a group Haiko thinks could set up a monitior,I mention this, because I have 4 websites, all bringing in sales, only 1 hit the level, this year from Linkshare, we all are in the same boat, newbies to super members, and are compting with merchants ads, as well as parasites, I found 28 yesterday called claudia, but I don't know if ad aware catched all of them, I am not in affiliate marketing becuse I can't get a job, every where I tried I was "overqualifed, and at 71, forget it,the corps., don't want to pay for health care, best is always minimum wage part time, and then they want you to work 30 hours, but it isn't listed, that is, the only thing the pay sheets show are 20 hours, it's to much for indivuduals, all I want to do is earn a little extra income, and don't have any other source, I had 47 years offline retail store development, and have a pretty good idea how some merchants take advantage of the employees, and when you get a good company, they are gobbled up by competiotion, loyalty to the company, and your always 2 weeks away from the pink slip, an affilites association makes sense, I don't expect anyone to tell me their secrets, I have enough of my own, but to say spamming is illegal is also to say telemarketing is illegal, who is enforcing those federal laws? This is just a thought,
