    You called that one Drewbert...

    Alejandro,
To answer you question directly, if you could prove its legitimacy beyond the shadow of a doubt and it isn't a hard-sell timeshare deal, you might get some takers.
However, I think you would have a hard time convincing people that there isn’t a catch.

Or... it could just be that I'm jealous of your location.

The property offering the vacation does offer a time share deal.

We have have thought about two options:

    1. To offer the 7 day package as mentioned, pay 30% commission to affiliates, plus a special incentive on sales -which we would have to figure on how to keep track of.

This package does NOT include the obligation of guests to participate on the vacation sales presentation, thus the up front cost to buyers.

    2. To offer a straight 4 day/3 nights free vacation with the obligation to attend a 90 minute presentation, and charge a $100 dollar non refundable reservation fee.
In this case, a 30% commission would be paid the affiliate, plus a special incentive for closed sales at the property.

As we are starting the program, your experience and comments are most valuable.

To answer the question regarding legitimacy:
    1. The property owners are fully behind the proposal.
    2. They are part of a much larger group of vacation professionals, leaders in this nick o' the woods.

I'm stuck in GDL for a week, but would like to visit you when I get back and get some more info on this potential program.
