If you are pushed with a new offer, would you accept it right away ?
One of the merchants pushed me a new offer the other day, basically it was a reduction in commission and I was thinking that it'd be better to wait till the last possible moment to accept it. And today BANG, got one lead from that merchant. If I had accepted the offer the day before I would have gotten a much lesser commission for sure.

If new offer = an improvement, then I accept it right away.

But if new offer = a downgrade, then I let it rot until it autoaccepts.

And if new offer = really bogus, then it's subject to being declined altogether (= drop).

If there's "new (or special) terms and conditions" where I *have to* say one way or the other, then I react basically the same way except I "accept" non-dealkilling downgrades at the last possible moment (since there's no auto-accept when there's "special" terms).

    Hi Leader,

Do changes to program terms autoaccept? I had a slightly threatening-sounding one from a travel company that seemed to suggest that not manually accepting the new terms (reduced commiss) would result in me being kicked off the program.

If the new terms are bad, then join the competition and drop the threatening-sounding merchant.

The beauty of this business is that you are a free agent and don't have to deal with bullies if you don't want to.

IF there are no new Terms to agree to (if there are, there'll be a link to "Special Terms and Conditions" in the summary box), it should auto-accept. If there ARE special terms, beyond the commission change, then you have to manually accept in order to remain in the program.

I don't know of any exceptions to that, but that doesn't mean there can't be any...

    Oh, and what Womanht said.

Last time I had an offer and let it rolled till auto-accept took care of it. It wasn't an auto accept that I'd got, it was an auto expiration from that merchant !!
