I was trying speedcommander a tool like windows explorer. I found a hidden index.dat in the windows/temporary internetfiles/content.Ie5 folder. When I saved that file on the desktop it was readable. I found a lot of my cj.com links in that file. Any idea what this is and what it does?

It is not like the index.dat in the cookies folder. It shows old qksrv links, only cj.com img links but not the whole site address and it is not related to cookies.
