If I understand you correctly it's just a regular linked picture that your talking about?

If so you can just drop the 1x1 gif anywhere on the page just like a regular cj banner.

Mj, Just take the
(http://qksrv.net/click-00000-00000)
and link it into any image you have that coincides with the link.

That's really all there is to it.
Like Heyder mentioned, just be sure to let the 1x1 image intact or you won't see the impressions in you tracking.

Ooooops, that would be the
(http://qksrv.net/image-00000-00000)

The only links that have the 1x1 are text links. They ad the 1pixel by 1pixel image to the text linkd to track impressions. (Being that there is no actual image (banner) to load on the text links.

Hope that helps

Many of the product links come with 1x1's also from cj, since the product image is usually served up by the merchant.

This kind of linking can be helpful in keeping track of which page your clicks are coming from if you have multiple pages for a merchant.

For instance, if you use a banner at the top of the page, and then you use the same (a href="http://qrkserv.net/kdkdi/~9499499") on a homemade text link and on your own saved and served images, then you have one link to track on the page. This is only helpful if the merchant has different banners for different categories they sell, mind you.
