If I understand correctly, you want a CJ link to go to a different destination on the merchant's website.
If this is the case, then you don't do this in ASP. This doesn't have anything to do with ASP. You do this at CJ.
Go to the link you want to do this for, then click on GET HTML. when this page loads click on SHOW ADVANCED OPTIONS. Note: Not all merchants' links have this option.
When this page loads you will see a form field where it says DESTINATION URL. You put the landing URL there.
