Go to the merchant links page at CJ.Click on a text link, and click on GET HTML. When this page opens, you will see a button that says SHOW ADVANCED OPTIONS. Click on that. When this page opens, you will see a text field where it says DESTINATION URL. This is where you type in the destination URL (http://www.famousfootwear.com/shop/mens.asp in your case)
NOTE: This doesn't work for ALL merchants. Some merchants don't have the SHOW ADVANCED options button.
