Since building many static pages (30,000+), I have outstripped the ability of the free search engine services out there (search on your own site). They'll be happy to do it now for $hundreds (or more) each month - Fugheddaboutit
Now I am evaluating a couple of free UNIX based and very customizable tools, and I wonder if anyone else has used (uses) them, or have another suggestion?
Looking at Webinator 4.3 (Free) and HtDig (also free).
Opinions most welcome...
