I am desperately trying to find some good products for senior citizens - gift type stuff we might buy for our grandparents. Can anyone get me going in the right direction with the advertisers available through CJ?

I guess I'm too old... could you be a bit more specific on what type of things might you buy for grandparents?

    Chuck,

Stuff that let's them relive the past is always good - like music from the time of their teenage or early 20's - or some of their favorite classic movies on video or DVD, or a DVD player and the favorite old movies.

A genealogy course or family history compiler book so they can create a family history is another idea.

Thanks! That genealogy escaped me. duh-huh. I got a serious brain cramp hammering out a new section to one of my web sites.

    Chuck -

A few gifts I have given old people that were all a hit , if it helps at all:

    1. A chenille throw for sitting around watching TV all winter .

    2. Subscription to Readers Digest in LARGE PRINT !

    3. BIG quality magnifying glass, so they can read the newspaper

    4. Tap lights for the nightstand so they can tap on some light several times throughout the night as they have weak bladders and have to go tinkle often, and don't bump into walls .

    5. Foot massager / sauna /foot soaker thing , can't remember the brand name I got, helps improve circulation, blah, blah, blah..

    6. Comfy slippers that can also pass for shoes , so they can wear them outdoors when you take them somewhere without embarrassing you .

    Maybe ...
Simple to operate hand held electronics games that simulate things they enjoyed doing when they were young ...

My father in law at 82 still insists on taking the VIP plane to his favorite Atlantic City Casinos at least twice a month , even though he can hardly walk anymore without his cane .

Put that old fart in front of a crap table , and he's a 25 year old tough guy all over again , it's truly an amazing scene !

    Anyway,
We got him three electronic hand held casino games two years ago, he plays with these things ALL the time , and treasures them, my kids are not even allowed to play with them unless he is right there supervising !

Oh my god, I MUST be getting old, these gifts are starting to sound good to me
