    I know I saw someone having trouble with forms on this forum somewhere, but I can't find the post now. I'll post the solution that I stumbled across anyway, in hopes that it could help someone???

    Anyway, the problem they were experiencing was with space that is inserted after the /form tag is applied. They were using a drop down menu in a table for navigation, but it made their navbar twice as tall as they wanted it to be because of the extra space. Someone suggested putting the /form tag outside the table, which also works, but then you end up with the space directly underneath the navbar, which might not be what is wanted either.

    The solution that I found is to add the following line to your CSS code:

    form { margin: 0 }

    If I had known this earlier, I would have used it in the site that I'm just finishing up. Since I'm too lazy to incorporate the change on this site, maybe I'll use it on the next one. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif[/img]

    That is a good tip. I used to place the tags where they weren't exactly html legal.
