I placed an order via my PetSmart link. It went through fine and was reported appropriately.
Unfortunately, when the order received it was incorrect. I called them. Customer Service was GREAT. They sent a pickup for UPS and reshipped the product. They informed me that there would be an additional charge on my credit card and a reversal (on my cc) of the incorrect item.
What really shocked me, though, and what the kudos are for, is that the replacement shipment was credited to my affiliate account! Now, I know that the original item will be reversed, but I was stunned that I was actually credited for the second item ordered over the phone.
