Has anyone else noticed that the commission amounts on the home page of your Be Free account seem to be higher. The numbers do not seem to correspondend to any of the other reports. When you go into either the reports or payment status, lower commission amounts show.

Just curious what might be going on here.

I'd be interested to see if anyone else sees the same, but if you want you give me your affiliate info via a PM or email with some details on what you're seeing, I can get someone to take a look.

Or if you'd rather, you can contact help@befree.com directly.

    wwccww,

Likewise, if you'd like to email me your contact info, I'll make sure the Dell affiliate manager sees your request.

Scott, while your talking to the Dell affiliate manager, mention they should come here and post to clear up some issues that ruin their ability to recruit affiliates from our ranks. The one issue they and BeFree refuses to verify is if they can report sales simultaniously with their Linkshare programs. I have never had a sale from both networks show up on the same day and feel they have to alternate BeFree and Linkshare tags to get any sales to show up.

You can private e-mail me if you want some details on other BF merchants who never could get test purchases to show up on the same day. Now they have given rebirth to Dell Hosting on both networks this complicates the issue even more.

    Mike,

I'll talk to Dell about your concerns.

I would encourage you or anyone to please make me aware of any tracking issues you suspect with any of our merchants. Use my email address below.

I joined DELL affiliate program by your company, 2 webmasters told me they have received the payment of, their checks were sent on Aug 22, but I have't got yet, we are in the same city, so maybe my check has been lost. Could you please send my check again? I can pay the handling charge. Thanks for your attention and waiting for your reply.

    wwvvww,

I've got your info and I'll ask the Dell AM to take a look.

You can expect followup very soon.

By the way, you shouldn't post your account information in a public place like a message board. Email's better for that.

(Haiko, if you want to help out and remove the account info, I've got it.)
