    Hi,

    Does anybody else experiancing zero sales since they upgraded their site.
    Clicks are still tracking, but no sales...

    I was testing some links yesterday, their site was having problems.. throwing up error screens

    I'll follow up on this to see what's going on.

    (and again jessica, they're support email is affiliate_support@bluefly.com. Did you successfully contact them on the last issue?)

    No sales since the 9/10/02. I have emailed (3-4 days ago) the customer service email you referenced. No response as of this morning.

    I would not think this is related to the 9/15/02 upgrade, but I may be wrong.

    Any additional information would be appreciated.

    Scott,

    Thanks for following up! Last time, they "Approved" as I was going to email them, so I found no need to bother them.

    Regarding this time, again, I am more inclined to email them if i'm the only one that see this problem. If all others see no sales, then I guess that BlueFly alleady knows about it and (hopefully) working on it with you.

    I just got a response from their AM (I emailed her directly and got a response in 4 minutes!!!!)

    Bluefly asked me to relay an explaination of their issues along with their aplogies to ABW.

    The note is below.

    I can confirm that "early September" is the 10th as IamJaloppy observed.

    They have posted something in their branded area of reporting.net and are planning to send out an email soon.

    That would be fantastic Scott, they have a great program and I'd certainly love the chance to have a more open line of dialogue with them.
