Since last quarter I have shown quite a few sales, no major returns, yet on my reports, it shows the sale, then in the commission part it shows $0. I only show commission for about 4 sales out of a whole bunch.

I have sent 2 emails and gotten no response.

Anyone else have the same thing happening in their reports?

Everything looks normal to me. I have shipments up to 10/7, and that is normal for SmartBargains. I do have other sales since then, but they have not reported as shipped.

Does this help? Were you inquiring about a different time period?

    Haiko,
    Can you elaborate a little?

I am talking from June until present that this shows this way. Random orders I get paid commission for, other's show $0 Commission even though there is a dollar amount showing for a sale.

I do know that my sales were recorded to my account, I was credited for them. It just lists the commission amount as $0.
They don't have coupons, so it is not because the sale was made using an unauthorized coupon or anything like that.
There is no logical reason that I should not have a commission amount for the sale.

    Connie,

I've asked our support team to take a look at your post to see what's up.

There's nothing strange going on in general with SmartBargains to report. But they do have some specific things about your account that they've pointed out that may or may not clear things up for you.

I'm going to have them follow up with you directly, so you can expect an email.

I've tried e-mailing them over lost sales..inviting them here to learn how to compete for good affiliates all to no avail. DEAD ZERO sales from them in 16 months and often gave them prime exposure on my sites. If I run across their coded links as I update my pages they go on bottom or get removed. Getting them to report and sell like a real multiple category etailer would be tandimount to digging up graves for body parts.

    Scott,
I got an email from them, asking me what I thought I should be rewarded based on the number of my orders and commission structure.
Well, if all my reports didn't show $0, all numbers having disappeared, I find that hard to do. As soon as I posted here, and got an email from them, all my reports just disappeared! Hmmmmmm
Needless to say, they are no longer listed on FlamingoWorld. Something is definately fishy.

I sure would like to know what those specific things are they pointed out to you about my account are.

    Connie,

You got an email from SmartBargains or BeFree?

You should be hearing from someone at Be Free today.

The way I understand it, you have two different accounts with SB which may be confusing the issue. You had zero sales in one and a few in the other.

I'll let our support team fill in the details. They'll help you understand what's going on.
