    Just wondering what is taking them so long to put up their new product links...

    I'm still getting "No matches found" for everything I care to type in to search.

    Scott, can you help?

    Van, I just noticed that my previous reply seemed short. It wasn't, I was just wondering if you already sent them a note and they were being unresponsive. Normally, I think Colleen is very responsive.

    I've got a question in to their account manager to see where things are at with product linking, which I think they back-burnered to take care of their order reporting process.



    I'll let you know what I come up with.

    We sure did and a long time ago too, although we've been using this email addy from the FAQs affiliate_support@bluefly.com

    Is there any other email that we should use, I wonder?

    I meant recently. Not to make excuses, but they were going to through an ecommerce system overhaul back in the fall and were notably unresponsive with noses to the grindstone.

    I just like to see you give the AM a chance to answer an email. Many times I raise a beef or comment from here to an AM and they say, "Why didn't they just ask?"

    But like I said, I've got a question in myself and we'll see what they have to say.

    Bluefly has their product links going again. They were loaded this morning and are showing up in their Bluefly branded area presently.

    The link searching in partner gateway won't include them until the search database updates tonight.
