Last week, you said you had a problem with the mail servers. So I gave the benefit of the doubt.

This week, sent questions to BeFree Customer "help", over 24 hours ago, and am still awaiting a response?!?

You said 3-4 days for a response from the general team, but, that seems like a long time to wait for a response to an email question. I would think a 24 hour turnaround would be better customer support.

I'm sorry they're not fast enough for you. Those guys are busy.

They'll surely get back to you. If you'd like to send me your request, I'll help how I can.

I'll wait till Friday before I bother you with 2 little questions.

But, to be fair, I've waited 9 days now total.

Sent first requests on 5/5, then again on 5/9, then again on 5/12. You said mail servers were down, so that's why I re-sent the requests on 5/9.

Being "busy" is one thing, but, having to send 3 requests with no response is another. I also had the same problem in February, when I had to wait well over a week, and 3 requests later to receive even a response.

If you want help, email me. Why not now? I'd also like to know why you haven't received a response and I can't do that without knowing who you are. Maybe they are merely busy. Maybe there's another reason.

Or if you just want to gripe, that's fine too.

You responded to me, then got the response from the support team right after it!

    No skulls were harmed actually.

As you can probably judge by our redundant replies, they got back to you on their own. Only a two days after your recent two requests of this past weekend and monday (both received on Monday as they don't staff weekends).

They don't see a third request from you from nine days ago which indicates that you did fall victim to that a system problem I mentioned. Apologies again for that.

You mean you do not work weekends? If I have to, don't you?

Yeah, Scott seems to be online 24-7. Imaging how it freaked me out once when I emailed him late at night/early morning and got a reply back immediately!
They aught to make you president Scott! Never met anyone so dedicated!

    Dude,

Where's the missing Jangro Cam> That always soothed us during lunch sessions. Well that and the fact they changed all that feel good about yourself and strive to be eagle posters on the wall at BeFree corp... (GRIN)

    >> Where's the missing Jangro Cam<<

Aha, long gone. It disappeared about the same time I made my debut here on the message boards.

There's something very uncomfortable about knowing that you were viewing during lunch, wayne.

The posters are still up though. My first act as president will be to remove them.

    Scott, quick question.

Has BeFree ever thought about doing EFT instead of mailing checks?

I know some of your publishers do, but if BeFree did it, I'd bet alot of affiliates would use it.

I have no announced plans for EFT that I can talk about.

But yes we have thought about using EFT and I bet you're right.
