I understand that Reha Kocatas has been private message spamming people (over 35 members) who have posted in either the netMagazines forum or in any topic that had the word magazine in it. I am seriously sorry for the actions of this Spamiferous Leach. instead of being part of the our community he has decided to add no value and only attack those affiliates of his competitors, his actions disgust me and as such I have removed his access rights and will be watching out for his IP.
It is my sincere suggestion that all stay away from uSubscribe and their lecherous Affiliate Manager.
Below is a copy of what Reha spammed.
As active magazine subscription marketers from the ABW community I wanted to make sure that you were aware of this months ABW exlusive offer to earn 65% on all magazine subscription sales at subscribe.com

Pretty much sums up the rational and ebiz ethics of the "lead" merchants. Anything to get huge numbers of eyeballs to fuel their direct marketing alliances. Scrapping for resell E-mails, privacy info, CC info and phone numbers, not trial magazine subscriptions, is the game they play. Mags are the bait on the hook.

Haiko- Thought something was up with that. I was one of those Unfortanate people who got a private message from uSubscribe. For your note. Had no clue he sent others the same message. Anyway it's great your taking action of this human beings unacceptable method of advertising.

To All ABW Members:
We are guilty of the following:
1) We posted an exclusive ABW offer on this board.
2) We identified 35 Members (out of 10,000) by searching for historical posts of members that had demonstrated interest in other magazine subscription affiliate programs.
3) We contacted those 35 via a private message board as we felt they might be interested.
This form of contact was specifically focused and sought to engage in a community based dialog about our program and to introduce our program to perspective affiliates. We were not "poaching" affiliates as the members on this board are intelligent enough to determine for themselves what works and what doesn't
In response to Haiko's post "It is my sincere suggestion that all stay away from uSubscribe and their lecherous Affiliate Manager."….
If this opinion is based wholly on the current issue, then it is very shortsighted. Despite the minor mistake made on this board we still (Scott is invited to verify any of the below):
- Paid out over $45,000 in commissions last month
- Have only a 3% return rate for the year-to-date
- Are a beFree Aclaim partner that means we
* In good standing with Be Free
* Timely monthly payment to affiliates
* Transferring accurate and timely order file data
* No negative retroactive compensation changes
* Posting contact information and responding to affiliate inquiries within five business days
- have over 6500 affiliate sites in our network
- had over 140 affiliates that had a sale last month
- had over 500,000 visitors from our network last month
- had over 7 affiliates that earn more then $1,000 last month
- have over 55 affiliates receiving a check this month.($50 Minimum)
Haiko invited us to reply to his "Spamiferous Leach" post but locked out our account so now we have violated this board's policies for a second time by signing up with an alternate alias in order to post this apology and to defend our name.
Lecherous Affiliate Manager
PS: Haiko, you may want to consider updating your sign-up to better reflect that what I did is a violation of your T&C. Maybe insert it in your numbered list.

The definition of SPAM has change somewhat over the years. It now seems to include ALL unsolicited commercial email.
Regardless of who spammed who (I got one as well), your response is intelligent, and seems to be sincere.
We all make mistakes, and the members on this board are smart enough to recognize that.
Thanks for the reply.
