Hi, I am pretty new at BeFree, Scott gave me fast answers, and redirected me to another person who was very effective, I was given the performance partner status with the special email to have my questions answered, I thought support through this email would be fast, but I asked 2 simple questions on 10/1 to receive 1 answer on 10/6 and other the 10/7.
I had to put some tasks on hold and go to the CJ arena meantime...

Is standard support through standard partner gateway the same speed?
