Ooops, but I know why I can't login. My better half tried to login too many times with the wrong password. So, I'm locked out for three hours.

    Janet,

You don't have to wait. You should have been sent an email. Click on the link in there to unlock sooner. Or, spend the time ridiculing your better-half.

As for Micheal and Steven, I have a feeling you know why that might have happened.

but for my account, every time I want to logon it will will give me a "locked" info and send me a mail with unlock strings. after i clicked the url and pasted the string, it told me to wait for 20 minutes. after 20 minutes then, it will tell me "you account is locked"......i'm driven mad, why??

    guhwk,

I can't say without knowing any details about your account. You should send an email to help@befree.com with your problem.
