I've tried contacting Befree about this, but haven't had a response so I'll post here because it at least might warn other affiliates off these crooks.
For several months, MobileShop have been making "deductions" from the amount shown payable in reports and have been sending out cheques approximately one third less than they should have. These are due to "reversals" - but reversals have already been made. MobileShop are unwilling to say what reversals or give any further details.
Surely this is in breach of their contract with Befree? If there's a reversal, it has to be put through the system. If you factor in the additional reversals, then this puts their reversal rate at about 60% - but they've masked this from affiliates and Befree by not reporting it.
In addition, payments are always several weeks or months late and they have to be chased repeatedly for money.
So the bottom line is that payment is always late, and it's always short - but this doesn't show up in Befree because Mobileshop appear to provide false figures.
MobileShop seldom respond to email messages or return phone calls. Currently they owe me several thousand dollars, both in arrears and unauthorise deductions.
I believe that this is affiliate program is being run in bad faith and am now reluctantly on the brink of taking legal action - I have already been in conversation with lawyers over this.
I have reported this to Befree without response, so I am reporting it here too. Given that the affiliate programme is being run in bad faith, Befree's duties are to suspend it pending an investigation.

Did you hear from anyone on this? I pinged the UK group with this so they'd follow up, but neglected to come back here to update this.

Yes, I got some action on this, and I understand it's being investigated.
It lookslike a serious tracking issue that had been extant for some time, and neither Befree or MobileShop had resolved it.
Thanks for your help Scott. Hopefully we can get this resolved.
